Not to Hush Tonight

Staring at the ridge, dear sun is setting there
A cold wind whispering here not to hush tonight
Witnessing the home-going birdies and they slowly disappear !

A day ends another will come, in between we dream we cry we laugh and lie
We live and carry the soul, cursed to struggle and in the end we just die

Now I can see the moon shifting over the sky with his castle of stars
A voice is in my head, telling me not to go home
Home is not a home if you’re all alone.

I cannot feel the sun and moon anymore I cannot feel the truth
People come and people go like the dear sun setting there
People come and people go like the moon shifting above
Not to hush tonight, just drive through the memory lane.
